We carry a majority of items in house and they will ship same day.
We list our items for the exact same price as the distributor, as per our contracts.
Shipping depends on distributor as we have many manufacturers we order from.
Black Market Art, Lowbrow & Annex items are shipped directly from manufacturer same business day.
We ship First Class or 2 day priority mail (within the USA) unless there are too many items or over weight limits. This means you will get your items within the same time period or faster than if you ordered from the manufacturer directly.
Pre-Orders: We try to offer prepaid pre-orders so you can get the hottest items sent to you as soon as they are released for sale. If you cancel a pre-order you will be given store credit only. No refunds.
Out of Stock Items: We try our best to keep inventory, but there are times that items are out of stock. We will let you know as soon as we can if a product you ordered is out of stock. If and when we contact you, you’ll have the option to either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or choose another item. If we can’t get a hold of you or if we don’t expect the item to come back in stock, we’ll refund your card for the amount of the item in question.
Special Orders: If you are looking for something that we do not carry from a brand that we sell, or don't sell, contact Amanda H at Amanda@RockABillyGirlZ.com about the item and, if we can get it, we will order it just for you.
Our handling time is 0-3 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to you after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination.
We pay for Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. We cannot be held responsible for your item(s) once it has been shipped. We have no control of it at that point.
International Customers: Yes! WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! We've made it as easy as possible.
Customs Fees and Taxes: You are responsible for your customs fees. Sorry, there is no way around this.
Customs Delays: Unfortunately, we cannot control delays with customs, but we can promise you that we’ll fill all of the paperwork out properly which helps speed up the process.
We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money. If there is a shipping overcharge, we will send a refund the shipping difference back to you.
